Base on Five dysfunctional characteristic of a team by Lencioni, there are 4


points that can be seen on this case:
 Absence of trust : Philly conclude Sara missed the deadline without any
conformation, making small group inside the team.
 Lack of commitment : Philly as a team leader fail to do most of his
responsibility in this case, late email reply, unchecked course material when
deliver to clients, Abey did not willing to share the data with Sara, few
members reluctant in sharing their own work.
 Avoidance of accountability: delay of approval by Philly
 Inattention to results: Rishi only thinks that the current project were
significant to his promotion and show utmost compliance to Philly.
