Masa remaja, usia diantara masa anak-anak dan
dewasa, yang secara biologis yaitu antarta umur 10
sampai 19 tahun. Peristiwa yang terpenting yang
terjadi pada gadis remaja ialah datang haid yang
pertama kali, biasanya sekitar umur 10 smpai 16
tahun.

Menarche sebenarnya adalah pucak dari
serangkaian perubahan yang terjadi pada
seorang gadis yng menginjak dewasa.

1. Dismenore primer sering terjadi, kemungkinan

diantaranya mengalami nyeri yang hebat.
Biasanya dismenore primer timbul pada masa
remaja, yaitu sekitar 1-3 tahun setelah menstruasi
pertama.

almond, kiwi dan mangga.
4. B1 (Thiamin)
Kekurangan vitamin B1 kemungkinan berhubungan
dengan terganggunya saraf uterus saat mengalami
kontraksi akibat pengaruh hormon. . Contoh makanan
yang mengandung vitamin B1 adalah telur, ikan, nanas,
anggur, terong, wortel, kacang hijau.
