The Hospital is located in Haripur city in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of

Pakistan (33 57'18.3"N 72 54'59.8"E). The hospital has a central pharmacy that
supplies quality medicine, as well as diagnostic and laboratory facilities that offers
services to all patients, including those that are admitted and those visiting our
Hospital. SMT Welfare has 24/7 Urgent Care Service for pregnant mothers, women
and Children.

by Registering their Name and Region and guided to respective room.
 Thallassemia Ward

Thalassemia Ward Contains 4 Beds for Thallassemia Patients. In this ward Blood Transfusion
Performed for Thallassemia Patients. Till now 170 Thallassemia Patients are registered with
SMT Thallassemia Center.
 X-Ray Room

In Smt Welfare Hospital an X-ray machine is arranged on contract basis which is performing operations on 50% less
charges from market rate basis.
 Lady Doctor Room (Gynae Doctor)

Gynaecologist room is serving specially for Gynae patients as well as general female patients.
Dr.Mumtaz Baigum is currently serving as Lady Doctor in this department.
The Clinic starts approximately 4:00 PM and remains open till 8:00 PM.
This Department is taking care of 35-40 female patients on daily basis.
Lady Doctor also Perform daily 5-8 Ultra Sound of Pregnancy cases.
 Dental Clinic

Dental clinic in SMT Welfare Hospital has been established in February 2015 and has all the necessary
tools and staff that are needed for a good dentistry.
Dr.Sana Khan (BDMS) and Staff nurse Abid Shah performing their duties in this clinic.
This dental clinic is capable of complete check up of dental related issues. Approximately
300-350 patients are being treated on monthly basis.
 General Physician (Male)

In General physicians Department there are 4 Medical officers performing their services.
1. Dr.Farooq Ahmad. (MBBS) From 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
2. Dr.Muhammad Hassan (MBBS) From 2:00 AM to 8:00 PM
3. Dr.munsif Khan (MBBS) From 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
4. Dr.Irfan Qazi (MBBS) Only Sundays and Gazette Holidays
 Emergency Room

In Emergency room accident cases and critical condition and the patients who need first aid are brought to this emergency
room. For this purpose Emergency room has Oxygen Concentrator Machine, Suction machine, Nebulizer, Oxygen Cylinders,
E.C.G Machine and equipment needed for basic emergency treatment.
This room is also used for Injection Treatment or Nebulisation (Nebulisation is a method of converting a medicine or s
olution into an aerosol, which is inhaled directly into the lungs).

In Block-A of SMT Welfare Hospital 4 Wash rooms are for public Use kept clean round the clock.

In SMT Welfare Hospital Main Building Block-B have 6 rooms which

are being used for following purposes.

SMT Welfare Hospital Pharmacy is a complete computerized Pharmacy where it is ensured

that all the existing treatment protocol medicines are available with good quality
Company medicine are provided to the patients.
SMT welfare hospital pharmacy provides medicine on following Discount policy:

2. Poor and needy Patients Up to 100% Discount
3. Thalassemic patients 100% Free
 Male Ward and Female Ward

Female Ward Male Ward

SMT Welfare Hospital has Male wards and female ward each of ward has capacity of 10 beds where patients who are
suffering from critical disease are admitted for close nursing care. There is a team of a physician and nursing staff who
take care of patients and provide medical care and closely observe the patient condition.
SMT Welfare Hospital nursing staff take care of all patients suffering from medical conditions such as; diabetes,
hypertension, malaria, pulmonary tuberculosis, meningitis, HIV, poisoning, diarrheal diseases, alcohol intoxication among
others.
Upon discharge, patients are given a return date for a follow-up.
 Staff Room

Staff Room is used for Lady Staff nurses to rest, keep their belongings and for prayer.
 Labor Room

Our team of highly competent, expert and proficient doctors, nurses, technicians Staff is prepared to provide
compassionate care, diagnosis and treatment for expecting mother, manage labor and delivery, as well as deal
with women's health and children's health matters (inpatients).
In SMT Welfare Hospital we can Perform Normal Labor/assisted deliveries in future we plan to start Cesarean
sections Inshallah.

The Operation Theater and relevant rooms as shown in map completed but not functional till date. In near future subject
to funds and support Inshallah it will be started soon so that we can handle Cesarean Sections delivery and other surgical
cases here at SMT Welfare Hospital.
 Block-C (Admin Block)

Block –C is Consist of 4 Rooms Which Include Admin Office, Account Office, Marketing Office and Doctor Living Room.
 Admin office

Admin Office is used by Admin & Finance officer Owais Shah he is in office since start of SMT Welfare Hospital project.
He deals with Hospital Finance, Human Resource, Policy, and other issues related to government Offices
 Account Office

SMT Welfare officer Account Officer is Attique Ahmad .he is responsible keeping record of financial transaction and expenditure Record.
 Marketing Office

Marketing office is established in SMT Welfare Hospital in October 2017.Toheed Ahmad is heading this office it deals with Public
relationship and covers and promote SMT Welfare Hospital Work in masses.
