Quality
Assurance
Mina Justa Project
QUALITY POLICY

• Ensure compliance with the requirements agreed with the customer.

• Establishing, documenting, keeping and continuously improving the

effectiveness of the quality management system

• Monitoring the effectiveness of our construction processes, applying

quality control points and analyzing results.

• Promoting both knowledge and information management, as well as

encouraging the personnel’s involvement, commitment and
responsibility through appropriate training and development programs

• Achieve high levels of satisfaction of our customers.

ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION FOR
PROJECTS:

Structural assembly, electromechanical assembly, flow lines

for the transport of hydrocarbons, medium and high voltage
lines, concrete works, spool fabrication and laying of pipes,
sub electric stations, sanitation works, educational centers in
general, universities, centers medical and hospital, hotels,
administrative offices, social housing and traditional housing,
lines railway and metro, hydroelectric power stations, dams,
underground excavations (tunnels), infrastructure (roads,
viaducts) and bridges
QUALITY STRATEGY
• GyM establishes Quality as an organizational value and intrinsic in the work of everyone.

• Our objective is to assure the conformity of the processes for the fulfillment of the contractual requirements. For
this it establishes:

- The specific Quality Plan for the project

- A compromised Organization

- Management Procedures

- Inspection Test Plan (ITP)

• The quality processes are carried out throughout the project and are: Planning, Assurance, Control and
Improvement.

• Our Quality Management System will be implemented, which is certified according to ISO 9001: 2008.
QUALITY STRATEGY
 Preparation and sending of Quality Plan, ITPs, for approval by Ausenco

 Once the ITPs are approved, about the WP and HP, we will present an estimated Weekly Release Plan
and another Daily Release Program, which will be sent the previous day by mail to QA, to that Ausenco
may have knowledge of the points where we require his presence.

 We will meet with our counterpart Ausenco QA Manager, to coordinate a weekly meeting different
from the contractual where we will see two main issues, first the deviations on quality during
construction, Observations and NCRs and second point the structure and progress of the Dossier.

• Establishing, documenting, keeping and continuously improving the

effectiveness of the quality management system

• Monitoring the effectiveness of our construction processes, applying

quality control points and analyzing results.

• Promoting both knowledge and information management, as well as

encouraging the personnel’s involvement, commitment and
responsibility through appropriate training and development programs

• Achieve high levels of satisfaction of our customers

ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT AND CONSTRUCTION FOR
PROJECTS:

Structural assembly, electromechanical assembly, flow lines

for the transport of hydrocarbons, medium and high voltage
lines, concrete works, spool fabrication and laying of pipes,
sub electric stations, sanitation works, educational centers in
general, universities, centers medical and hospital, hotels,
administrative offices, social housing and traditional housing,
lines railway and metro, hydroelectric power stations, dams,
