Post Jatuh dari tangga
2.Riwayat Penyakit Sekarang
Pasien dirawat di RSUD RA Kartini dengan post
jatuh dari tangga, pasien mengeluh tangan kanan
sakit dan sulit digerakan. Pasien segera dibawa ke
IGD satu jam setelah jatuh dari tangga. Pasien juga
tidak merasakan mual, muntah maupun pusing

✢ Inspeksi : Tampak adanya pembengkakan, tidak ada
angulasi, rotasi dan pemendakan lengan

✢ Palpasi : Terdapat nyeri local dan nyeri tekan . Keadaan

neurovascular distal pada arteri radialis dan arteri ulnaris baik

✢ Move : Ada sedikit krepitasibila digerkan, tidak ada

gangguan pada Range of motion pasien

✢ Functiolesa :Jari-jari masih bisa digerakan dan tangan masih

bisa diangkat
