Trainer Biography
Sistho A. SRESHTHO, ST, CHA

Sistho A. SRESHTHO started his career by working in a four star hotel in various Sales & Marketing positions in Sales
Executive, Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Manager & Director of Sales & Marketing. He graduated from Diponegoro
University major at Industrial Engineering.

From 2010 to 2012, Sistho A. SRESHTHO was the Director of Sales for Novotel Semarang, in fact He was one of the
youngest Director of Sales in Indonesia ( 28 years old ) at that time and since March 2013 taking a part as Executive
Assistant Manager-Sales for Aston Samarinda Hotel & Convention Center .

Through his appointments as Director of Sales & Marketing, He has gained invaluable experience & insights working in
multicultural and multilevel environments. During Sistho’s leadership of Aston Samarinda, the company established
itself as a market leader for occupancy and ARR for the hospitality industry in Samarinda and also among the Aston
Group. In addition, Sistho A. SRESHTHO also got a prestigious award as a BEST SALES LEADER 2012 from Archipelago
International, An International chain hotel with more than 80 hotels in Indonesia such as Grand Aston, Aston, Fave,
Neo, Quest & Harper.
In 2012 – 2015, Sistho A. SRESHTHO was the General Manager for 2
fave hotels in Solo City. On these period also, He received a new
prestigious title named Certified Hotel Administrator ( CHA ).

By 2015 until now, Sistho A. SRESHTHO is taking responsible for the


General Manager of the newest & the most luxurious 4 stars Hotel in
Solo, THE ALANA HOTEL & CONVENTION CENTER SOLO. In addition,
He is now in charge as the HUMAS of Indonesian Hotel General
Manager Association ( IHGMA) Solo Raya Chapter and also HUMAS &
PROMOTION of the PHRI SURAKARTA .

Sistho’s training style is very enthusiastic and full of energy. His


training adopts a highly interactive style with insights into current
practices drawing from his experiences and consultancies. For the
past 8 years, Sistho had a lot of important training program such as
