In case of drug-related cases, the following steps are adhered to:

Students caught smoking marijuana

inside the school

Any school personnel who caught

the student/s involved in drug-
related cases such as possessing,
selling or using illegal substance
inside the school informs the
Guidance Office.
 Accomplished a
narrative report / Intake

The Principal convenes
to the SADAAC Committee

The adviser notifies

the parents/guardian
for the Parent
Conference
 The SADAAC Committee
holds the Parent Conference

The student/s submit a

written statement on the
incident countersigned by
the parent/s or guardian/s
 The Committee gathers
evaluation report, listens
to the offenders and
conducts investigation

After the investigation and deliberation on the merit

of the case that the offenders violated
the school rules and regulations and
RA 9165, the Committee
Will then refer the offenders to QCADAAC
 The PNP –
Women and Children Protection Desk
takes charge of the disposal of the items.
The offender/s surrender
the items to
the authorities.
 QCADAAC requires
the presence of the
parent/s and the
victim/s
during the
COUNSELING Drug Dependency
Evaluation
 has to complete
The counseling
24 sessions
