How to 3 point calibration

1. Set Access

2. Calibration 3- point speed level corresponding with engine running rpm

3. 500 Hour Learning will start automatically after 3rd point of 3 Point Learning
finished.

 In CRP, Press the “ESC” or “Home” button.
And, click the “Config Displays” button. And
Click the “Sensor Configuration” button.

 In Sensor configuration page, click the “main menu” button in left top.
And, click the “Set Access” button.

 After typing the “41436” twice in blank. And, check the
Super user and Commissioning accessed.

And then, click the “EM Engine” button for Start of 3 point
calibration procedure.

Type the “41436” in blank. => Super user Access

Type the “41436” in blank one more time. => Commissioning user Access

In left side, click the “Commissioning” and “Setup” button.

2 And then, click the “Default Setting” button.

And “Save Setup” button.

 In left side, click the “Commissioning” and “Main” button.

And then, click the “Start” button, When the M/E is Ahead
running condition. You will see the pop-up message. And
click the “Yes” for start of 3 point calibration procedure. Each
Step needs the 10 minutes in specific rpm.

 “Start” button will be changed to “Pause” status.

If you click the “Start” button, pop-up message will be displayed. And, click the
“OK” button. “Start” button will be changed to “Pause” status.

Never click the “Reset” button. “Reset” button initialize the 3 point calibration
procedure.

 Now, You set the rpm to First step rpm, And time left will count from 0 sec to 10 minutes.

▶After 10 minutes of First step of 3 point calibration, It takes about 5~6 minutes for saving compensation data to sensors at
First step rpm of 3 point calibration. Please, Just wait for 5~6 minutes to save the compensation data to sensors.
And then, “Not Logged” at First step rpm will changed to “OK” status with green color.

▶After First step rpm status is changed to “OK”, And then Set the rpm to Second step rpm.
After 10 minutes of Second step of 3 point calibration, “Not Logged” will changed to “OK” with green color in a few second.

▶At last, Set the rpm to Third step rpm. After 10 minutes of Third step of 3 point calibration, “Not Logged” will changed to
“OK” with green color in a minute.

After All 3 step is changed to “OK” with green color, 500Hrs Learning mode will start automatically.
