User Stories

1. As a crew member I want to login into the application so that I can


check-in the guests, team and visitors
2. As a crew member I want to be able to select settings for Security
check-in instance so that I can run the instance for any specific brand
and voyage.
3. As a crew member, I want to view the dashboard so that I can view the
in-queue and nearby guest, team or visitor and detailed statistics
information of the voyage so that I can process the guest, team and
visitors for security check-in and also update the settings.
4. As a crew member, I want to view the guest processing screen so that I
can complete the security check-in process for the guests.
5. As a crew member I want to see the confirmation screen so that I know
which party members have gone security check-in process by crew
member from the guest processing screen.
6. As a crew member I want to be able to view all the recent checked in
guest, team or visitors on the dashboard.
7. As a crew member I want to be able to search people at Security Check-
in i.e. guest, team or visitors.
8. As a crew member I want to be able to view complete voyage itinerary,
gangway closing time, voyage and port name so that I can get
information about the voyage and respective voyage details.

Toggle tabs Nearby and In-queue
Guests detected In-Queue/ Nearby can be
shown by the count on the toggle tabs. Here,
Angela has been detected in In Queue List

Guests / Team/ Visitors


In-Queue/ Nearby Guests/Team
members/visitors can be detected by tapping
any one of the tab. Each tab shows the count of
people detected underlying that tab.

Country tab shows the nationality of the


guest/team/visitor
This tab shows the flag of the country with a
count showing the no. of guests belonging to
that country. “others” tab is shown if the
guests’/visitors’/teams’ country is not among
US or Spain.

Recovery Tab
Count of this tab increments when the guests
found in Nearby / In- Queue is the among the
one who has generated a recovery .

Guest Image
Guest available in In-Queue/Nearby are shown
along with their image and an image footer .
Image footer includes Guest’s full name and
various indicators of nationality, tier level,
recovery, stateroom, celebrations etc.
Footer shows internet connection status,
date & time, Station name , flag icon &

language abbreviation.
Click on tabs to toggle between Nearby/ In-Queue guests.

Tap on filter to select the filter and sort the guest images
on screen.

Tap on In-queue as soon as he views the In-Queue tab

image tile to move to their respective guest-processing
screen.

Available Guests Section
When crew member clicks on cross icon on a
particular guest’s image that guest is shown
in the available section.

Guest Processing Section


Guest processing section shows four tiles:-
· Identification Document
· Photo
· Health Info
· Ocean Medallion
Ø Each of these tiles is preceded with a red
exclamation sign to depict that information is
incomplete.
Ø If the information is complete, the tile is preceded
with a green correct sign.
Ø By default identification document is open. Each
tile details can be viewed by tapping on it.
Ø Photo tile has two buttons of ‘Reject’ & ‘Accept’ to
reject or accept the current photo. When reject is
pressed, a new button to add photo appears and can
be clicked to add a new photo. Accept approves the
photo.
Ø Ocean Medallion:- This tile shows two buttons ‘Not
Available’ & ‘In Hand’. In case ocean medallion is not
available with the guest, the crew member can tap it.
As soon as this button is tapped an orange check
(showing information incomplete) appears before the
tile along with an undo button.
Ø If the guest possesses the ocean medallion, crew
member can tap ‘In Hand’ and a green check (Showing
information complete) precedes the tile.
Ø The complete tile appears disabled if the ocean
medallion has not been assigned to the guest

Use Initials: Guest can tap on the text
box to use the last name initials of the
guest. E.g. MCI for McIntyre

Crew member can accept or reject the


guests’ photo

guest, crew member taps on Yes/No
accordingly for bot the questions.

If both the questions are tapped No


then the user is declared as healthy to
travel on cruise

This tile shows two buttons ‘Not Available’
& ‘In Hand’. In case ocean medallion is not
available with the guest, the crew member
can tap it. As soon as this button is tapped
an orange check (showing information
incomplete) appears before the tile along
with an undo button.

Current party section shows the other guests


belonging to the same party. Crew member
can click on cross icon over the image and
this guest starts appearing in the expanded
available guest section which means he/she
is available but not yet reached to the
security check-in. The crew member when
clicks on the guest tile from the available
guest section the guest starts appearing in
the current party section.
When all the information of a guest is
processed from the crew member and all the
information is correct then a green status
strip will come on the guest image.
But if there are any pending details then a
yellow status strip will come on the guest
image.

Tap on “Application icon” takes the crew

Processing complete tab shows the count of guest belonging
to the same party and this tab becomes active only when
guest processing for all the guests of a party gets complete.
This tab will start to blink infinitely when the processing of
all the guests of a current party is complete. Clicking on this
tab will direct the crew member to the confirmation screen.

visitors. Search can be done on the basis of
Reservation Number, Stateroom Number and
Last Name.

Note:- Dropdown to select guest, team and


visitor should be there just before the search
box. By default selection will be “All” in that
dropdown.
