The human resources office updates from the meeting included a request for guidelines from the Office of Muslim Affairs on the wearing of the niqab by female employees and students. They were still waiting for a response. The HR office also reminded attendees about implementing drug testing and requiring employees to file leave forms with HR before taking leave.

    • Formally requested OMA for the official
    guideline on Moslem Women dress code
    • They promise to email back the guideline as
    soon as the personnel in-charge reported back.
    • As to internal policies, no feedback received
    from any department/office of any existing
    ruling
    Other HR concern:
    • Reminder:
    1. Implementation of Drug test.
    2. Leave form should be filed at the HR Office before
    the effectivity if their leaves.
