• The highest antioxidant activity was found in extract


ethanol 70% papaya fruit, with IC50 = 134.1311
• The strong antioxidant activity in ethanol 70% extract
is related to the content of secondary metabolites that
are present, such as phenolic and flavonoids,
according to their polarity
• SPF value of extract ethanol 70% papaya fruit =
30.16±0.17, potential to be used as a sunscreen agent

CONCLUSION
The solvent that has the best antioxidant activity and SPF value was ethanol 70%
