kemahiran interpersonal di dalam
bukunya Frames of Mind sebagai kebolehan
memahami orang lain dan menggunakan

2. Kemahiran interpersonal membolehkan
seseorang memahami perasaan, tabiat
serta hasrat orang lain. Individu ini dapat
berinteraksi dengan mudah dan boleh
bekerjasama dengan orang lain secara
praktikal untuk menghasilkan sesuatu
yang berfaedah dan dapat memberi motivasi
kepada orang lain

kepakaran, kebolehan memberi arahan &
adanya suasana hormat menghormati antara

2. Kemahiran mencari, mengenal pasti dan

1. Kemahiran intrapersonal adalah keupayaan
kognitif seseorang utk memahami dan
mengenali diri sendiri. Kemahiran ini
membolehkan seseorg itu mempelajari siapa
dirinya, apakah perasaannya, apa yang ingin
dilakukannya, apa yang perlu dielakkannya
dan mengapa dirinya begitu. Mrk sgt
