1. Know your job (Alamin ang sariling tungkulin).


2. Know yourself and seek self-improvement. (Alamin
ang sariling kakayahan at pag-ibayuhin ito).
3. Know your men and look after their welfare
(Kilalanin ang tauhan at alagaan ang kanilang
kapakanan).
4. Keep your men informed (Bigyan kaalaman ang
tauhan tungkol sa mga kaganapan).
5. Set Example. (Maging isang magandang halimbawa).
