Dislipidemia
Dislipidemia adalah gangguan metabolisme lipid yang
ditandai dengan peningkatan maupun penurunan fraksi lipid
seperti kolesterol total (K-total), trigliserida (TG), Low
Density Lipoprotein (LDL), dan penurunan kadar High Density
Lipoprotein (HDL) (Arsana dkk, 2015)

Prevalensi global

Di seluruh dunia, hiperkolesterolemia menyebabkan sekitar 56%

penyakit jantung iskemik dan 18% stroke yang menyebabkan 4,4
juta kematian setiap tahun. Hiperlipidemia dan tingkat
hiperkolesterolemia (kolesterol total ≥201,1mg / dl) meningkat
dari 18% menjadi 31% pada orang dewasa berusia 35-59 tahun
(Zhang dkk, 2008). Target Penelitian

1. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Liu dkk. (2016) di Rumah sakit
China terhadap 591 pasien terdaftar. Sebanyak 297 pasien
menggunakan atorvastatin 40 mg/hari dan sebanyak 294
pasien menggunakan atorvastatin 20 mg/hari yang masing-
masing diterapi selama 3 bulan dengan hasil terapi sebagai
berikut.

Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik P-value tidak terjadi perbedaan

bermakna dari kedua dosis terhadap penurun profil lipid kecuali
pada kadar LDL (p< 0,05)

2. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian Agrawal dkk. (2018) di rumah sakit
India yang dilakukan terhadap 240 pasien dislipidemia terdaftar.
Sebanyak 120 pasien menggunakan atorvastatin 40 mg/hari dan
sebanyak 120 pasien menggunakan atorvastatin 80 mg/hari
yang masing-masing diterapi selama 3 bulan dengan hasil terapi
sebagai berikut.

Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik P-value tidak terjadi perbedaan bermakna

antara kedua dosis terhadap penurunan profil lipid kecuali pada kadar
