Assemblies and parts overview
An assembly or subassembly groups multiple parts together. When defining an assembly process, you can
create or import an assembly as well as create or import parts. You can also create a fixture to represent
tooling in an assembly process.
On the Process tab of the Project Workspace window, assemblies display an assembly icon , fixtures
display a fixture icon , and part icons indicate how they are linked to the geometry of a DirectModel (.jt) file:

By default, assembly and measurement operation nodes execute
