How to Add Moving Images

MacBook Pro 2014

Step 1: Open PowerPoint by selecting the PowerPoint icon
at the bottom of your screen

Step 2: Double Click “Blank Presentation”

Step 3: Click “Layout” on the top left of the Ribbon

Step 4: Select “Blank” option

Step 5: Locate and click on the “Insert” tab at the top left of the ribbon

Step 6: Click on “Pictures”

Step 7: Select “Photo Browser”

Step 8: Select a photo you wish to include by double clicking it

Step 9: Place mouse over bottom right corner of image until mouse
turns into 2 diagonal arrows, facing away from each other

Step 10: Click down on the corner of the picture
(mouse will turn into a plus sign)

Step 11: Drag mouse towards center of image until image is at an
appropriate size

Step 12: Repeat steps 5 to11 until all desired photos are inserted

Step 5: Click “Insert”


Step 6: Click “Pictures”
Step 7: Select “Photo Browser”
Step 8: Select photo you wish to include
Step 9: Place mouse over bottom right corner until your
mouse turns into 2 diagonal arrows facing away
from each other
Step 10: Click down (mouse will turn into a plus sign)
Step 11: Drag mouse towards center of image
until at desired size

Step 13: Make sure all images are the same height by placing them
next to each other and comparing size

(Adjust image size(s) as needed)

Step 14: Make sure all images are in a horizontal line
across the page

Step 15: Hold the “shift” key down on your computer’s keyboard

Step 17: Remove finger from “shift” key

to separate

first group of images

Step 29: Locate the “Zoom” control at the bottom right of the screen

Step 30: Slide “Zoom” bar to the left, until you can see
both image groupings

click on the text box

to view your animation
