 Nanocrystalline materials have been made by
numerous synthesis methods, these methods are
following two strategies: "bottom-up" and "top-down".
 1- Methods of ("bottom-up approach"), such as inert
gas deposition, deposition from liquid phase, and
thermal decomposition (evaporation-condensation).
 2- Methods based on ("top-down approach"), such as
crystallization of amorphous phases, mechanical
attrition, and sever plastic deformation.
