What is stroke?
Stroke occurs when the blood supply to the part of the brain is suddenly
interrupted.
Brain cells die when they are deprived of oxygen and nutrients.

5. A WORKOUT REGIMEN
For lowering blood pressure and cholesterol -An average 40 minutes of
moderate- to vigorous-intensity aerobic activity 3 or 4 times per week or as
instructed by your physician
If you are inactive start by a brisk walk, take the stairs or do whatever you
can to make your life more active. Try to get a total of at least 30 minutes
of activity on most or all days.
