Stress is an important factor that has triggered multiple
diseases in recent years and should be treated as a public
health problem.

It occurs when the person is under some extreme pressure or


the interaction with the environment disturbs their
emotional balance.
Introduction
Adolescents are vulnerable to changes in psychological and
physiological health.

Stress is the main cause of problems in eating habits and


nutritional status that influence unhealthy lifestyles and poor
health.
