• Name of program: More efficient public administration and more accessible services for
citizens
• Initiator of the program: Cybercom Group
• Target users: Indonesian Citizen
• Objectives: To meet housing needs along with provision of water and sanitation infrastructure
for the whole society, and promote realization of cities without slums
• Brief Description: This program is conducted to promote sustainable human settlements by
promoting green cities, green communities, green building, green waste, green water, green
neighborhood, and green open space with information communication and technology.

• Validation (No Hoax):
Efficacy of the program of ICT
• Green Cities program has been implemented in 112 cities/regencies
in Indonesia;
• Community Based Water Supply Development (PAMSIMAS) has
been implemented in more than 1,100 villages with more than 4.8
million people as beneficiaries;
• With PLPBK program, Karangwaru residents rehabilitated riverside
and built a communal sanitation system.
Conclusion
• Major cities in Indonesia are facing challenges in managing
rapid urbanization
• Ensuring adequate housing, infrastructure, and service to
support growing population
• By managing slum area effectively, we can also improve
environmental health.
• Indonesia should make more programs like ‘KOTAKU’ to
address this problem
