Objectives
• New scenario definition for the internal support call centre from ISBAN
(Banco de Santander) using SAP CRM 7,0 and SAP EP (Enterprise Portal).
• Fine performance tuning of call centre process (both already implemented
and new ones implemented by Consultia IT). Some of the affected process
