Definisi:
• Otot merupakan sebuah jaringan dalam tubuh
manusia dan hewan yang berfungsi sebagai
alat gerak aktif yang menggerakkan tulang.

• Sistem otot adalah sistem tubuh yang

memeiliki fungsi seperti untuk alat gerak,
menyimpan glikogen dan menentukan postur
tubuh.

gerakan yang ditimbulkan saat
kontraksi.

Elastisistas, yaitu kemampuan otot
