Pendahuluan

 Hiperparatiroidisme → Gangguan metabolisme Ca2+,, PO4- dan tulang

akibat ↑ sekresi PTH → melebihi kebutuhan.

 Gangguan endokrin terbanyak nomor 3

 Penyebab terbanyak → adenoma paratiroid

 Komplikasi : Osteopenia, fraktur, nefrolitiasis, gangguan neuropsikiatrik serta

gangguan kardiovaskular

 Diperlukan pemantauan tiap tahun terhadap respon pengobatan
