HOUSE RULES

 Only 7 unexcused absences are allowed. A student must show a medical


certificate if ever he or she is sick.
 There will be no special exams for those who are absent. The student must
inform the teacher at least 3 days before the said exam if ever he or she
cannot make it.
 Deadlines of papers/projects are strictly followed.
 No need to ask permission before going to the washroom/ when an
emergency call is needed but only for a maximum of 5 minutes.
 Refrain from talking to classmates during class.

 After taking this course, the student must:


1. Learn and understand various legal concepts and principles on the Law on
Obligations and Contracts;
2. Apply legal concepts and principles on certain case analysis.
3. Evaluate applicable law or provisions of the Law on Obligations and Contracts
in a given case.
