 Working Process
According to Bartlett 2017 Microsoft’s suite of productivity products
known as Office, or MS Office, is a fixture at businesses around the
world. The Office suite includes Word, a word-processing program;
Excel, a financial spreadsheet program; Access, a database program;
Publisher, for desktop publishing; PowerPoint, a program for creating
presentations; Outlook, a program for email and scheduling; OneNote,
to keep your notes organized; and InfoPath, an application to track
information as it passes through the other applications and through the
business. Knowing how to use MS Office is essential at many
businesses, and you can require skills from basic to advance in a job
posting to ensure potential employees will be equipped to manage the
job.
 Working Process
According to Alan Hughes 2017 the growth of personal
computers in the business world owes itself to the development
of a piece of software that accountants loved: the spreadsheet.
Accountants saved hours of time and reduced errors by using this
early office productivity tool to replace large paper spreadsheets.
Along the way other office productivity tools emerged, all of
which contribute to efficiency and productivity in modern work
environments. Microsoft has done an excellent job of developing
quality office productivity software that is used in a number of
those work environments.

According to Miller 2017 Microsoft has long held that the
Microsoft Graph — the data it collects as a byproduct of people
simply using their online tools — provides a wealth of
information that companies can use to understand their workers
better. Today, the company announced general availability of
Workplace Analytics, which has been designed to give managers
and executives a broad understanding of employee productivity
across departments based on Microsoft Office.
 Output Presentation
Rayani says research has shown that increasing employee
productivity and engagement is going to be a big priority for
organizations moving forward with the help of Microsoft Office.
That requires insight and data, precisely what he says Workplace
Analytics has been designed to provide. For the initial launch, the
product is looking at email and calendar data since this should
provide a great deal of insight into how individual workers are
spending their days, but over time they could be exploring other
types of data being generated in the Microsoft Graph.

According to Smithson (2017) Microsoft Corporation’s corporate social
responsibility (CSR) strategy is founded on a number of international
concerns regarding the computer hardware and software business. Archie
Carroll developed the corporate social responsibility model to highlight
the mutual influence among stakeholders and businesses. In Microsoft’s
case, stakeholders include persons and groups with significant interest in
how the company performs and interest in the impact of its computing
products. As a major player in the global market, the firm must maintain
an evolving corporate responsibility strategy to ensure that
corresponding programs satisfy stakeholders’ interests and enhance
brand and corporate image.

According to Microsoft Office 2017 Microsoft Office help people
to collaborate on documents and to manage project tasks by
implementing business processes on documents and items in a
SharePoint site. Microsoft help organizations to adhere to
consistent business processes, and they also improve
organizational efficiency and productivity by managing the tasks
and steps involved in business processes. This enables the people
who perform these tasks to concentrate on performing the work
rather than managing the workflow.
 Interests
Using a continuously improving corporate social
responsibility (CSR) strategy, Microsoft Corporation
addresses stakeholders’ interests that significantly
impact the business. The company satisfies such interests
through appropriate corporate citizenship programs
based on international standards and guidelines.
 Interests
MSGCI (2017) stated that a variety of
stakeholders and their interests impose a wide
scope of issues on Microsoft Corporation.
However, the company focuses on the most
significant interests through its corporate social
responsibility initiatives, which emphasize
human rights, environmental sustainability, and
business transparency.

• According to the study presented by Chillara 2015 MS office is the
best application which has replaced the Paper and saved
environmental degradation. It has even reduced the time
consumption. It has brought the creativity in the employees work
environment. Any business requires calculations and MS Excel had
made complicated calculations look very simple. Communications
are faster with MS Outlook. These are just some of the most simple
and important facts of MS office applications we use in day to day
activities. But the list is endless and surviving the office work
without MS Office is impossible in the present day.
 Working Process
• According to Ali (2014) Microsoft Office can be used in any work
environment, it’s user friendly and not as complicated as some
may think. Microsoft Office is the world’s best and famous work
program for studying, personal use, and office work. Microsoft
Office includes Access, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Publisher
and Word. I will be including Word, Excel and Power Point in my
paper. Microsoft word is a word processer and a component of
the Microsoft Office software system. You can spend more time
writing and less time formatting. Putting together documents
has never been easier. It’s used to create, view, edit, save and
print documents.
 Working Process
• One of the most popular tools is the spell checker. Microsoft Word
can spell check more than50 languages! Microsoft Excel is an
electronic spreadsheet program that can be used for storing,
organizing and manipulating data. Excel is a very handy
organizational tool and is the world’s most used database.
Microsoft Power Point is a presentation program. It can be made
into slide shows, and photo albums with music or narrations. It can
be used to create great presentations for the business world, the
classroom, or just for your own personal use. Microsoft Office is
very beneficial to everyone and anyone once you get the hang of it.
You won’t regret learning and practicing, it has a lot to offer you.

important role in determining when and how information is
further processed from sensory registers to short and long-term
memory. If information is not attended to, it is quickly lost in the
sensory stimulus stage of processing. Rey nolds and Baker (2008)
find that presenting materials on a computer increased attention
and learning, and learning increased as attention increased.
Human information processing theories can shed light on how
Microsoft Office features (graphics, animations, etc.) may influence
learning.

• Since, in using Microsoft Office, topics are presented in a
hierarchical fashion with graphics, color, and animation, employees
could “use a mental image of that outline to study, to retrieve the
information on a test, to organize their answer for an essay
question, and to perform other tasks in their works (Clark and
Paivio, 2008. p. 176).”Rose (2008) also notes that presentation of
learning materials in graphical form is beneficial for employees.
 Output Presentation
• According to Thompson et al. (2010), the evidence that Microsoft
Office PowerPoint presentations influence learning and workers
performance is largely anecdotal. Bryant and Hunton (2009) state
that the degree of improved learning is a function of a complex set
of interactions among learner and medium attributes. Mason and
Hlynka (2010) state that Word helps structure the content and
processing of a lesson or lecture. Aiding note-taking (and thus
facilitating study) is another purported advantage of using
PowerPoint (Cook,). Parks (2007) reports that workers liked the
lecture outline and graphs on the screen, and that the PowerPoint
presentation had a positive influence on working performance.
 Interest
• According to Mendoza (2008) Microsoft Office plays a role in
workers’ achievement meta-analysis study revealed that, on ave-
rage, employees who used different Microsoft Office in report. The

lecture has the power to reveal a talk’s organization, to illuminate a
speaker’s points, to illustrate patterns and numbers, and to capture
and hold an audience’s interests. However, many presentations do
not use PowerPoint’s potential
 Interest
• In consistent with Butler (2008), no interaction is found between
workers’ preferred representation style and exam performance. The
study also finds that, consistent with Butler (2008), workers have
more favorable attitudes toward both the presenter and the
presentation when Microsoft Office is used to deliver instruction.
Butler and (2008) concluded, based on a one class period experiment,
that workers considered multimedia presentations entertaining.
However, our study reports that entertainment was not a significant
factor in workers’ attitudes toward report presentation, suggesting
that using PowerPoint throughout a semester might not be
entertaining.
