Latar Belakang

Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta merupakan rumah sakit
milik pemerintah pusat yang berkedudukan di daerah, terletak di Kabupaten
Sukoharjo Provinsi Jawa Tengah.
RS Ortopedi Prof.Or.R.Soeharso Surakarta dalam menjalankan tugas dan
fungsinya salah satunya adalah melaksanakan penelitian dan
pengembangan serta penapisan teknologi dibidang kesehatan dalam
rangka peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan . Fungsi pengembangan yang
dimaksud adalah penataan lingkungan rumah sakit yang mengacu pada
kebijakan pemerintah tentang Green Hospital. pengembangan kawasan
hijau yang termuat dalam Master Plan RS Ortopedi Prof.Dr.R.Soeharso
Surakarta Tahun 2011 sampai dengan 2020.

Kartasura t epatnya di Jl. Jend.A.Yani Pabelan Kartasura 57162,2 Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Pada saat ini luas
lahan rumah sakit ±103.000 m2 dengan memiliki luas bangunan ± 35.741,3 m atau 34,7% dari luas lahan
yang ada .

Surakarta merupakan rumah sakit milik
pemerintah pusat yang berkedudukan di daerah,

Pada tahun 2007 Rumah Sakit Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso Surakarta
juga memperoleh perubahan status rumah sakit berdasarkan
Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No: 256/Menkes/Per/111/2008
tanggal 11April 2008 tentang perubahan PerMenkes Rl No:
839/Menkes/Per /VII/2007. tanggal 20 Juli 2007 tentang
Organisasi dan Tata Kerja Rumah Sakit Ortopedi Prof Dr. R.
Soeharso Surakarta dimana selain sebagai tempat Pendidikan
calon Dokter Spesialis Bedah Ortopedi dan Rehabilitasi Medik
juga sebagai Rumah sakit Badan Layanan Umum dan Rumah
Sakit Khusus Kelas A.

menjalankan tugas dan fungsinya salah satunya
adalah melaksanakan penelitian dan
pengembangan serta penapisan teknologi

pelayanan kesehatan .Fungsi pengembangan yang
dimaksud adalah penataan lingkungan rumah sakit
yang mengacu pada kebijakan pemerintah tentang
Green Hospital.

memakai pendekatan appreciative inquiry {AI} yang
diikuti seluruh direksi, pej abat st ruktural, dan
pejabat fungsional RS itu. Ada beberapa langkah
pendekatan AI yaitu mencari kondisi unik dan
keunggulan yang dimiliki, lalu peserta ditantang
untuk menemukan bentuk masa depan bernilai
berdasarka n sejarah, menciptakan strategi dan
medesa in arsitektur sosial, dan tahap dimana
semua proses pembelajaran, improvisasi serta
adaptasi terjadi.
