  PLANS OR INTENTIONS
 When you decide to do something in the future you make a plan or have
an intention. A plan can change, so it is not 100% certain.

Be going to:  Carol has bought her train ticket and booked her course.
She is going to study in France next month.  This is her plan or intention.
