Developing Family-oriented Approach
• Adopt the approach of being ‘common children’ of
a father
• All are Master’s beloved guests and not just
brothers or sisters
• Treat guests as ‘Sambhandis*’, where Master is the
supreme bridegroom
* Near and far relatives of the bridegroom

• Assist in the work of the Mission
• Accounting experts can maintain book of accounts
• Engineers can assist in Ashram design and construction
• ‘Willingness’ to serve is key

• No work is ‘big’ or small’
• Become ‘role-fulfilling entities’ by being part
of the jigsaw puzzle (Each piece is important)
• Keep the attitude of ‘surrender’ at all times

• No legacy, He who performs best is best suited for the
