menyebabkan resiko saat proses pengisian
 Manajer dari manufakturing mengalami
tekanan dari Morganthal untuk perbaikan
biaya dan mengurangi waktu pengiriman
 Manajer manufakturing berpendapat bahwa
sebenarnya re-work area memang lolos karena
Wayne sebagai First Line Inspector telah
mengecek dan akan membicarakan mengenai
kejadian tersebut pada Wayne.
Produk yang dikenalkan kepada konsumen

Grease-X terlalu banyak orderan namun tidak
banyak barang yang tersedia
