 Es un producto donde queremos dar a conocer
¨ASPOLE¨ con características propias, se tiene en

país; se plantea la idea de darlo a conocer en
Colombia, y así tener buen éxito en el campo de la
comercialización, siendo el postre más vendido.

JUSTIFICACIÓN
Este proyecto es elaborado con el fin de
realizar un excelente producto; siendo de
buena calidad, también realizando nueva
tendencia de postres fríos, así encontrar
en ASPOLE un alto nivel de diferencia en
sabor y textura.
Por consiguiente se busca dar un valor
agregado aprovechando su materia prima
que son, la leche y huevos, y hallar mayor
comercio.

JUSTIFICATION
This Project is developed in order to make
an excellent product; being of good
quality, also making nwe trend of cold
desserts, so find in ASPOLE a high level of
difference in taste and texture.
Therefore, it seeks to give an added value
by taking advantage of its raw material,
milk and eggs, and to find more trade.

OBJETIVO GENERAL
Producir y comercializar el producto ASPOLE con el
fin de venderlo en la cuidad de Ibagué – Tolima.

OBJETIVOS ESPECÍFICOS
* Producir ASPOLE teniendo en cuenta las BPM

* Comercializar ASPOLE y así obtener buena ganancia a

corto tiempo

* Innovar el mercado de la región con la introducción de

ASPOLE

* Llegar a ser un producto reconocido en la cuidad de

Ibagué

* Acreditar el producto, y llevarlo a una buena rentabilidad

 RESUMEN
Éste producto desde un principio se hizo con la
visión que en un tiempo determinado lo
veamos producido y comercializado en
importantes mercados, ya que el postre es
adquirido por la mayoria de personas.
Se buscó darle un innovación al producto en
Colombia con las ventajas de sus más
importantes ingredientes (huevos y leche). La
riqueza es su sabor extenso a caramelo lo cual
es llamativo. En economía se dará un debido
precio al producto.

En el año 2021 el producto ASPOLE cumpla con las BPM, siendo

reconocido en todo el territorio Colombiano para dar empleo a
personas capacitadas en ésta labor y así poder comercializarlo
en otras partes del mundo.

 Postre típico de Venezuela, hermano del flan, el sabor lo
hace único. Se dice que su origen el canario, postre
MARCO conocida en las islas canarias como “flan de huevo” el cual
fue inventado a principios del siglo xx.
TEÓRICO La diferencia del quesillo y el flan se basa en la cantidad de
huevos, enteros y el segundo solo la yema en mayor
cantidad, es mas conocido en el mundo el flan, por que el
quesillo en varios países americanos se utiliza para
nombrar clases de quesos.
