1. contributing to self,
2. contributing to organization,
3. contributing to society.

➢ This presentation is explaining how you can


contribute at multiple levels in your career.

➢ An individual who “Contributes to Self” not only performs
activities, but also tries to systematically develop his/her own
self through these activities

➢ He take work as short-term goal. Any project that
comes to him, he would like to give his 100% and
that would surely lead to success.
➢ According to him positive attitude, friendly and
helpful nature and leadership quality are the
required qualities to become a successful
employer.
➢ he take challenges as opportunities to prove him
self.
➢ According to him job satisfaction is to go for
creative work which is helpful to society.
➢ He believe in opportunities not in rewards and job
satisfaction not in comfort.

➢ If his juniors does not go according to my path


then he would arrange seminars to encourage
them by giving them opportunities to explore
them selves in the field of their interest and
encourage them by giving the rewards like
“Employ of the year” etc.
His contribution to the organization
and to our society :
➢ he was member of team of scientist for successfully
launched the first satellite of the India “Aryabhatta”.
➢ It was his vision to setup an university in a village and
did it 3 years ago by setting up the university
“CHARUSAT” in the village Changa.
➢ 5 years ago, he had the mission to use the blood as
storage of memory and last year it successfully
achieved it.
➢ he would like to give the message to all the
engineering student of India that “You must develop
‘CAN DO’ attitude that is the only way that India can
produce world class Techno-tracts”.
