I. Description of the Investment

This mutual fund is for conservative risk


investors who want to invest in a dollar fund and
benefit from the movements of US dollar
denominated fixed income securities in the
Philippines and the US.
II. Requirements to Invest

• Minimum Investment: $2,000.00/₱103,871.00


• Additional Investment: $ 100.00/₱5,193.55
• Minimum Holding Period: 6 MONTHS

90% JP Morgan Asia Credit Index - Philippines Total Return + 10% Dollar Deposit Rate 60

• FEES
Fund Management - 1.50%: Fee paid to the investment company for managing the fund.
This includes payment for the fund manager's time and expertise, as well as administrative costs. This
fee is already included in the computation of the fund's daily NAVPS and is not charged separately.

Sales Load - from 0.50% to 3.00% of amount invested: Fee paid upon purchase of mutual
fund shares and is subject to 12% VAT. This is paid to the brokers/distributors who sell the fund. Load is
deducted from the amount to be invested before purchase of shares.

Early Redemption Fee - 1.00% of amount redeemed: Fee paid for redeeming before the
end of the minimum holding period. This covers administrative costs and is deducted from the proceeds
after the redemption of shares.
IV. Procedure to Apply
• Before investing, the client must fill-up the application form
and must not leave any blanks on the form.
• It is up to the client if he/she wants to invest alone or have
other investors.
• The application form comes with a Subscription Transaction
Form, Data Privacy Consent Form, FATCA Declarations, and
FAO accounts confirmation(optional).
• The FAO Accounts Confirmation is optional because it is only
for minor investors (e.g. if one of the client’s other investor is
their child).
• The application form must be submitted with two ID’s with
signature and submit it to the receptionist.

VI. Procedure to Redeem/Claim
• The client can redeem or claim their investment after
6 months.
• They will be given a Redemption Transaction Form,
Deceased Investor Redemption Checklist(if there is
only 1 investor).
• Philam will provide the client a folio number for
them to be able to add an investment or withdraw it.
• The Deceased Redemption Checklist will only be
filled up if the client does not have another investor
written in the application form.
