 Triage adalah pengelompokan korban yang
berdasarkan atas berat ringannya trauma/
penyakit serta kecepatan penanganan atau
pemindahannya

DEFINITION

‘trier’ yang berarti memisahkan, atau
memilah dan memilih korban untuk
menjamin agar tidak seorang pun dari
korban/ pasien yang terlewatkan atau
tidak mendapatkan pertolongan atau
penanganan

SAVE (Secondary Assessment of Victim Endpoint)

merupakan sistem triage sekunder dari sistem START yang mencoba
membantu memberikan solusi tarhadap dilema beberapa pilihan yang
sulit untuk menangani para korban dilapangan.

Sistem ini dirancang untuk digunakan dalam zona disaster pada

keadaan dimana korban dalam jumlah yang sangat banyak, yang jauh
melampaui kapasitas penolong, maka harus dilakukan triase secara
cepat dengan tujuan menyelamatkan korban sebanyak-banyaknya.
Konsep SAVE
Konsep dari SAVE ini adalah memprioritaskan para korban yang dianggap paling dapat
terselamatkan dan memiliki kondisi medis yang memerlukan penanganan segera.Untuk itu, pada
triase dengan metode SAVE, korban dibagi menjadi 3 kelompok, yaitu:

Unsalvageable (Kemungkinan mati) Immediate (Kemungkinan hidup)

Kelompok korban yang diperkirakan akan
meninggal, apapun tindakan yang akan
diberikan.
Delayed (Dapat ditunda penanganannya)
Kelompok korban yang diperkirakan akan
mampu bertahan hidup, apapun tindakan
yang akan diberikan ( termasuk tidak
dilakukan pertolongan ).
Kelompok yang tidak termasuk dalam 2
kategori diatas, yang berarti korban pada
kelompok ini keselamatannya sangat
tergantung pada intervensi yang akan
diberikan.
Kelompok inilah yang harus mendapat
prioritas penanganan.
KATEGORI MERAH (Immediate)
Korban yang bernapas spontan hanya setelah reposisi jalan napas dilakukan.
WARNA KODE • Korban yang memiliki pola napas lebih dari 30 kali per menit, atau dengan
pengisian kalpiler yang lambat (lebih dari 2 detik).

Pengkajian • Korban yang memiliki pola napas kurang dari 30 kali per menit, dengan
pengisian kapiler yang normal (kurang dari atau sama dengan 2 detik),
•Status respirasi tetapi tidak dapat mengikuti perintah sederhana.
• Sirkulasi
(pengisian kapiler) KUNING (Delayed)
• Status Mental Para Korban yang tidak cocok untuk dikelompokan kedalam kategori
immediate maupun kategori ringan.

HITAM (Deceased/unsalvageable)
Korban yang di fonis tidak akan selamat dan tidak bernapas walaupun
jalan napas sudah dibebaskan.

Kategori HIJAU,
Yang merupakan “walking waunded”, korban cedera yang masih bisa
berjalan dengan para korban dari kategori yang lain.
