Women's Self Defence Program
Personal safety should be your right!
Unfortunately statistics prove its not if! it is when?

Be prepared, have a plan for likely situations of


harassment, threats, stalking, sexual or violent
abuse from strangers and more often from
someone we know.

Our Self Defence training helps build your


confidence with easy-to-learns skills that are
straightforward, instant and ready for immediate
use. Suitable for anyone, no matter your fitness
level, age or prior Martial Arts experience.
Women's Self Defence Program
One off workshops Are short session whereby you develop awareness and prevention skills as well as
basic self defence escapes. We tailor sessions content to the needs of women in the society to inculcate
sense of self-confidence, freedom, Independence along with prompt self-defence physical and mental
skills. We also offer different modules of 2 hours duration that are popular with; workplaces, schools,
clubs, family & friend groups. These can be delivered at rural places.

The above initiative has been prioritized considering the following demographic data provided by the
government bodies and highly esteemed institutes & organizations:

 2 woman raped every day in Gujarat - Times of India (23 Sep, 2018)

 53% of rape victims are under 18 years of age in Gujarat - Times of


India (3 Dec, 2017)
Women's Self Defence Program
This program will be helpful for following purpose to a woman:

1 Personal Security (Awareness & Prevention including Personal security tips)

2 Practical Self Defence (Simple, Instinctive escapes and targeting)

3 Anti Rape (Ground defence and what to do against common grabs)

4 Weapons Defence (What to do and how to use your everyday items to your
advantage)
PROJECT 1 OVERVIEW
In total of 11,000 woman's residing at
rural districts all across Gujarat shall
benefit from self-defense training sessions
monitored, organized and provided by
Vikas Sports and Charitable Trust in
affiliation with MMA Association of Gujarat
in form of an open public Exhibition event.
The fund required for this purpose
shall require remuneration of approximately
5.5 lakhs Rs. This initiative is a part of our
woman's social upliftment program.
Project 2 Overview
We are striving to foster physical therapy with
MMA training being a medium to children's of
the society belonging to a very young age of
their life. Hence, enriching social health
Standards with children health being prime
focus of interest.

Following are some of the benefits of Physiobiological


training:
# It helps manage pain, can help avoid surgery, can prevent
injuries, improves mobility and balance, can also help to
tackle general health issues, can help you recover from a
Stroke, can help manage age related issues, can help
maximize your movement, can help avoid dependence in
pain medication, can help manage heart and lung disease,
can help manage diabetes and vascular conditions, can
help regain original capabilities
50 Guinness World Records
Creating more than 50 Guinness world
records by helping more than
50 underprivileged kids by fulfilling
their amenities such as
diet, training, equipments, infrastructure,
mentoring program, event management,
media presence, arrangement for the same.
2.5 Crore Rs shall be required for
accomplishing the mission. The remuneration
shall cover expenses for Guinness world record
Fees, diet, event management & arrangements,
providing training, body conditioning treatments,
Shelter, travel, media, man power, etc.
Project 3 Overview
Current physical and psychological problem in
India‘s statistics pertaining to few of many
Issues:
1 A study conducted by Assoc ham last year
showed that 42.5 percent of employees in the
Indian private sector are afflicted with general
anxiety disorder or depression

2 Prolonged sitting is associated with


higher all-cause mortality

3 About 33% urban and 25% rural Indians


are hypertensive.nly 25% rural and 38% of
urban Indians are being treated for
hypertension.
TAI CHI Healing Therapy
In recent years, tai chi's popularity has risen in
entire world, thanks in part to growing evidence
for its health benefits. Hundreds of studies
dating back to the late 1950s show improvements
for a wide range of conditions, including heart
failure, coronary artery disease, and high
blood pressure.

3000+ people shall reap benefits from our


tai chi seminars held at public places with cure
of blood pressure, cholesterol, sugar, obesity,
hypertension, depression, anxiety, parkinson,
diabetes type2, low immunity, indigestion,
thyroid, rehabilitation for drug abuser and cases
of acute depression, social isolation & suicidal
tendencies inhibiter being our prime agenda.

Coach Babloo Sawant is the Chief


coach of MMA, Tai Chi, Wushu, Kick-
Boxing, Fitness, Wrestling & few more
relevant health disciplines. He is also
Head of MMA GUJARAT which is
acknowledged by national association
of India “AIMAA”. With over 3 decades
of experience in producing top class
fighters, boxers, players, masters, and
acquired titles and renowned social
health & wellness awareness
programme.
