Is a Curriculum Developer beneficial for the
school?

An curriculum developer has a critical position in a school. The instruction framework (at any
dimension) would not work without the diligent work of the individuals who make the system
that is educated and learned.

These specialist are needed because they help administration and the teachers stay on stop of
the new changes and also help them become better administration and educators because the
school can not do that on their own they need the Curriculum developer to do the research and
have the knowledge already on how can the school become better for the students. Even after
their work of implementing the new curriculum and technique they are still needed to see they
those new changes are being followed and if they are doing it correctly and what are other ways
they can improve themselves.
What is curriculum improvement, curriculum reform, and
curriculum revision?
Curriculum improvement - It incorporates the reception, adjustment or cancellation of explicit projects
or courses, the plan and assessment of proposed test cases projects or courses, and the choice of
perfect and suitable instructional materials. Curriculum development is the way toward keeping up a
significant and cutting-edge educational programs.

Curriculum reform - It is changes the shape and nature of postsecondary degrees must reflect for the
most part recognized scholastic gauges of magnificence; abilities, information, and comprehension to
enable understudies to get ready for the future; and the objectives and mission of the organization.

Curriculum revision - there is a shortage of writing accessible for either scholastic staff or learner
instructive designers on the inception of this educational curriculum revision process. It will in general
profit by starting, serious exchange between instructive engineers and scholastic staff, and that such
beginning collaboration gives a significant comprehension of the setting where the curriculum revision
happens. Curriculum revision ought to be intended to set up all understudies for powerful citizenship
and support in an undeniably assorted society.
How do you differentiate between curriculum improvement,
curriculum reform, and curriculum revision?

All of them have to do with changing and helping the curriculum to make it better. What makes
it different is that curriculum improvement is just modifying the original idea or curriculum. It is
the same curriculum it is just modified. What makes curriculum reform different is that it
changes the whole curriculum and implement a more efficient curriculum for the staff and
students. Last, what makes curriculum revision is taking out the process that does not work in
the curriculum and implementing a strategy that does work in the curriculum without changing
the whole thing.
How would you collaborate with the Instructional Supervisor
or Coach at the school?

The purpose of the Instructional Supervisor is they lead other educators in instruction to make
them as effective as possible. They also help and lead the educators in creating and using an
effective plan of instruction.

I would collaborate with the Instructional Supervisor is by help them implem these effective
instruction plans with the curriculum because a effective curriculum needs clear and effect
instruction.

I would collaborate with the Coach at the school by implementing effective curriculum and
using outdoor activity that would include the Coach or create a curriculum for the Coach to
help the students.
What is your preferred curriculum instruction model?
Curriculum instruction are norms adjusted, explore based, and improved through credible, real critical thinking.
What we instruct in the classroom depends on curriculum. How we encourage it is the instruction.

The focus model takes a gander at a subject or an understudy and focuses guidance on them.

The approach model is a old fashion or present day technique and takes a gander at the sort of guidance that will
be utilized.

In the content model, an inclination towards a subject based or content-based is utilized, asking how units or
strands will be composed.

The process model takes a gander at evaluation: developmental or accumulative.

Structure models center around the arrangement of audit, deciding how the educational programs will come up
for modification.

I would preferred the focus model because it lets the educator focus on the students at hand and lets the
educator know where in the curriculum they do not understand. Also the structure model because it has to do
with review it's also important to review after it has been taught to see if the student grasp the information.
As a STEM high school, how would you define your role in our
school?

I would define my role in the school as necessary and an important tool to help the school
succeed and stay on top of their game. My position as Curriculum developer not only helps the
administration and the educators but it help the students and I create and give what the
students need through my research and implementation.
