The recruitment process differs between the private and public sectors. In the private sector, recruitment involves recognizing a need to hire, advertising open positions, conducting aptitude and psychometric tests, interviewing candidates, and making a selection. The public sector process includes planning, attracting applicants through various tests like preliminary and main exams, conducting interviews, and finalizing the post-selection formalities. Some key differences are that the private sector has more flexibility, while public sector jobs have greater job security but slower hiring processes.
