ADMINISTRATORS
* Leaders are those people who lead a certain group, company,
or country. They also exercise the highest form of power with
regards to their position. They can both manage and
administer there groups with maximum tolerance. The leader
leads its member to their visions or to their dreams.

* A good leader will have intuition. Sometimes obstacles will arise
that nobody will know how to handle, perhaps even you. In such
situations, it is important to be confident and make a decision.
No matter what the decision is, if you show that you are giving
the problem everything you have got, it will inspire your team to
do the same, which can often be just all that is needed to help
get past the situation to begin with.

* Some leaders may drive their teams to work hard, while others
will constantly be at their sides, giving every task their one
hundred percent. The latter is the type of leader that can expect
to achieve more. Teams work better when they see that the one
that they answer to is right by their side, sharing their struggles
and triumphs.

* By clearly describing his or her idea to their team, the leader
will be able to create a sense of ease and understanding with his
peers. When every member of the team is striving towards a
common goal, then there is nothing that cannot be
accomplished.

* Manager manages groups and company and they took supervision
to their groups with the command from a higher person. Which
means managers where appointed by the higher person to ensure
an easy way of supervising the group and company. Mangers also
act as the core of communication in the group or company.

*Another key factor in being a successful manager is time
management. If you’re late every day, your employees might
think it’s acceptable to also be late. Time management is also
important when it comes to prioritizing your day, making sure
you have time to communicate with your employees, and
accomplishing goals throughout the week.

* If you don’t know how to delegate projects and tasks, your role
as a manager will be a lot more difficult. Don’t be afraid to ask
your employees to help complete a task. You might think it’s
easier to do everything yourself, but this will add more time to
your already busy schedule, and you won’t be allowing your
employees to do what they were hired to do.

* If you aren’t organized in your position, there’s a good chance
that the employees you manage won’t be either. There are many
resources online that can inspire you to get organized. You can
also buy a personal planner or download an app on your phone
that can remind you of meetings, tasks you need to complete
every day, etc.

* Administrators administer or facilitate the group or company.
They facilitate both external and internal parts of a group and
company. The administrators are the people who decide what to
do or who will do in a group or company. They work together to
ensure the success of a group or company.

* An effective administrator doesn't keep aloof from employees,
but rather seeks a mentoring relationship to help them move up
the corporate ladder. Mentoring requires a willingness to share
past experiences and insider tips that only come from having
been in the same position as the employee. Good administrators
don't overwork their employees, and they make allowances for
personal situations which may require flexibility.

* A good administrator treats all people with the same respect and
fairness and does not play favorites. She makes decisions about
an employee based on job performance and not on whether she
likes or dislikes someone. When a situation requires discipline,
she ensures that the action she takes is consistent with similar
cases, so that no one can accuse her of favoritism.

* Administrators work on shoestring budgets with short deadlines
and difficult, seemingly impossible, objectives. Those drawn to
public administration thrive on those unique challenges, and use
the restrictions as a way to showcase their creativity. Public
administrators are able to come up with creative solutions to
complex problems, usually by seeing an issue from a new
perspective or by innovating a new approach to the solution.
