Analysis

o Checked from U2000,Neighbor is defined but Sample not taking

o ANR Refreshed with Algorithm Log OFF/ON – no impact to HO attempts
o Basic parameter: Some HO Parameter A3 Offset,A3_Hysteresis,Time to Trigger – Set correctly
o Sync issues - None
o Cell Status : In WO State & radiating – no issues
o Any Blacklist HO Defined - None
o Any extra Layer added at the time of impact – None
o Configuration Team:Checked CIO, ANR, CGI – these seem to be set correctly and we’re not
seeing an obvious root cause here.
o Back Office Team:checked the HO specific config (TAC, PCI, INTER, INTRA, EXT). All
parameters are correctly defined for the same. There is no possibility of hardware fault.
o While checking Measurement Report,There seems Measurement results are missing
o While Checking WestBrom OMC App.26187 Count not all the object have the Ncell counters
applied.So IM1928439 raised by 22nd June & assigned to Concern Team & it’s Open.
o For Other OMC Work in Progress

working fine.
