• THE PROJECT
• Abu lane market and the surrounding areas are some of the most busy areas of Meerut. Parking
on Abu Lane and Delhi road has become a nightmare.
• This not only affects the parking on Abu lane and Delhi road but also affects the inter-district
and inter-state traffic on these roads. It has also affected the economic growth of the area on a
whole and Meerut – The Grand old city with a history of 2000+ years, an ancient city with
settlements dating back to the Indus Valley civilisation is fast losing its central place of
attraction, the meeting point … The melting pot of ideas where the rebellion started … the
Indian Rebellion of 1857 against the British East India Company. The famous slogan "Dilli Chalo"
("Let's march to Delhi!") was first raised here at the Meerut cantonment.
• The city is one of the largest producers of sports goods, and the largest producer of musical
instruments in India. The city is also an education hub of western Uttar Pradesh.

• The big question is do we allow this amazing place to lose its importance, its shine, its history,

is NO!!!!! So how do we solve this alarming problem and the answer is simple … GO VERTICAL.
• We at HZTC have conceptualised a plan to park 300 cars. The ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor area
would be for commercial area shopping mall with Robotic Car Parking in the 2 basements plus
on 3rd and 4th floor. For utilising all maximum outputs from this precious land resources 4th floor
top would be used for solar power / wind generation with an extended height of 11 ft gap to
utilise the below space for commercial utility, creating building outer facade space to be utilised
for additional revenue from advertising.
• HZTC will provide the capability to handle input/exit 2 cars per 60 – 180 seconds from the front
side (Abu lane road) using two lifts simultaneously and 1 car per 60- 180 seconds from the rear
side (the road between the site and the hospital). Both the entry and exit shall be at ground
level however the cars shall be brought to the centre of the plot at -1 level or -2 level .

• HZTC Robots shall bring these cars to the centre of the plot through a channel towards -1 or -2
level and then taken up to the +4 levels in see-through secured grilled glass lifts.
• This one innovation alone is expected to bring 10 times the regular foot-fall of any commercial
space alone. People are expected to come from faraway places. Meerut will become once again
the centre point of talks for the common people as well as the high and the mighty. Talks and
the photographs of this innovation shall be a talking point on facebook and twitter amongst
others.
• HZTC shall also provide you with the most spectacular exit using mobile app to recall your car by
scanning barcodes / QR code provided on token … no trouble of waiting … the car delivered in
under a minute to a maximum of 3 minutes. Payment gateways will also be provided in person
on counter as well as on mobile like Bheem , PayTm etc.
