The District Forum or State or National Commission had
passed certain orders for customers. They are:

• Replacement of goods can be done

• Compensation must be awarded to them
for suffering any loss or injury.
• Discontinue unfair trade practice
• Hazardous goods should not be provided
• Provide adequate costs to parties
• Refund of prices
• Remove service deficiencies.
