In addition to the placement cell, we will work closely with the institution in identifying and bridging the gap
between industry expectations and available talent.

By setting up Centres of Excellence (CoE) the talent will be identified and nurtured according to the industry
expectation and standards.
CENTRES OF EXCELLENCE
Essentially a Centre of Excellence (CoE) brings
together varied people and skills that promote
collaboration and best practice usage around a
specific focus area or skill to drive incremental
results.
In addition, a CoE provides a broad base for shared
learning and guidance.
The CoE benefits student community immensely
since they acquire niche skills and industry best
practices as part of the curriculum which increases
student’s employability enormously.

The students, depending on their interest are
carefully selected based on a rigorous assessment
process to understand their skill competencies.
After selection they are trained on the live
modules and projects and made to develop a
prototype.
They are further evaluated and trained on
required skills and after successful completion of
the program a selected number of students are
directly absorbed by the employer.

• In association with Institution, we can prudently design modules covering the topics suitable for the needs of
students. And the modules will include activity based participative training to make students understand the
concepts and implement in their approach for success.
• After successful completion of the training programme we can provide the Institution with placement drive
assistance with core companies or related companies with modes of dedicated campus, off-campus and pooled
campus drives.
• This will in turn enhance the institution’s brand value and ultimately lead to progressive recognition.
