Option 1 – Combination of single-storey terrace houses and two-
storeys shop houses.
Option 2 – Combination of two-storeys mall and shophouses.
 Option 1 features 12 units of two-storeys shophouses
and residential area with 237 parking lots altogether.

 There is huge potential for businesses to grow as the


site location is along the Kuching-Serian expressway.
 We believe people from areas like Tapah, Kuching,
Simunjan, Sri Aman, and many other nearby towns
will also be drawn to eateries and retail outlets
provided here because they are mostly using this
route to get to their destinations.
 Option 2 features 12 units of two-storeys
shophouses and mall with 237 parking lots in
total.

 This option also offers a huge potential for


businesses to grow as the people from nearby
towns will be drawn to the eateries and retail
outlets provided here since they are mostly using
this route to get to their destinations.
 The final choice is Option 2.
 The reasons for this choice are as follows:
