THE TAKEAWAYS

• Revise MOS basics, Ex. MOS inverter voltage Transfer characteristics – will be
taught in class
• No need to know formulas, just concepts

Some Interview questions:

1. Car is moving in circular track. Find optimized solution to find speed of car.
2. ATM machine – explain what happens inside from Swiping the card to getting the cash out. Which
protocols could be used in intermediate steps
3. Internal constructon and working of SRAM/DRAM
In 1 and 2 questions they asked to write assembly level code for the same. Constraints defined by
interviewer.
