 CAD is the acronym of computer-aided design
and is known for its wide range of computational
tools used by architects and engineers and designers
unlike BIM, which stands for Building Information

allow the process of generating and managing a
building is to say that its use is limited to the design
and management of buildings. It is important to
highlight that, although both use the same machine
and similar software, CAD tries to imitate traditional
design processes such as the use of pens, pencil and
paper, with the difference that more accurate results

It seems to me that these programs are a very important tool for
an architecture designer, since with them he can show how an idea
would look with clarity and with a very realistic touch. and has the

out because it can be impressive and it is also important that the
designs are made by people and not only reproduced by the
computer, since they do not have the capacity to think in a space
like a human being and design based on the sensations that they
would produce in people, that is, the design should not be
dehumanized with the use of virtual 3d programs as proposed in the
