Chief Executive Officer and Lead Visionary
Allan founded Ideyatech with the pure passion of developing unique and
productive solutions. Backed with a professional experience of more than a
decade from organizations such as Accenture, EB2 International, Alvion
Technologies, and more. This exposure has given him a mastery of software
development.
Allan is a technopreneur by heart. Driven by his
passion to contribute and innovate, he founded
Ideyatech with the vision of building creative
software applications. He has dedicated his career
on information technology in the last 15 years and
has developed mastery of the art of software
development – true for both the technical and
management aspects of it.

Jocelyn Capistrano
Chief Operating Officer and Process Guru

As a cofounder of Ideyatech, Elyn brings to the table

her extensive 20 years of management experience in
multinational organizations such as Citibank, ABN-
AMRO, NCR Corp., Interim Technology Asia and
United Laboratories. As the only Filipino certified
SCAMPI Appraiser, SEI Authorized CMMI Instructor
and CBA – IPI Lead Assessor, she has helped
multinational organizations CMMI accreditation for
the past 10 years in her capacity as the concurrent
CEO of SQME Professionals Inc.

Hiroki Inagawa
Board Director

Hiroki founded Monstar Lab in 2006 after spending

seven years working at a US-based consulting firm
and a web technology venture. During his time as a
consultant, he specialized in areas such as strategy
formulation, marketing and IT deployment strategies.
At the web technology venture he was active as a
manager in areas such as planning and
development of web services and offshore
development in China, and experienced the
company’s listing on the JASDAQ stock exchange as
the company’s youngest ever manager.

Tomoyuki Uno
Deputy Division Manager and Board Member of
Ideyatech

Joined an independent major SI company in 2003.

After working as an engineer, he was responsible for
Embedded / Mobile App / Web System
Development project as project manager. He has
experienced large-scale project management and
offshore development. To contribute for the solving
the shortage of IT Human Resources by solving the
problems in offshore development in Japan, he
joined Monstar Lab (Sekai Lab) in 2015. Currently he is
in charge of organization management and PMO
work as deputy division manager. He received his
MBA from Bond University in Australia in 2015.

Kazuma Kambara
Head of Sales
Kazuma Kambara has Sales and Marketing backgrounds in an ads agency and
foreign financial institution before joining Monstar Lab Group. He joined Monstar
Lab group in 2016, and he has engaged more than 30 projects as Business
Producer and Digital Product Manager. He is also in-charged in internal projects
and helps all 21 global branches integrate between the group to maximize the
group’s assets. He has also worked for sales and marketing manager for Monstar
Lab Philippines since 2018.
Kazuma graduated in California State University, Northridge with Bachelor’s
degree under Communication Studies in 2013.
COMPANY HISTORY

 The founders started the company with the vision of developing

worldclass applications that are tailor fit to serve specific target
markets. With its humble beginnings of sharing an office space,
Ideyatech has grown to maintain a solid list of loyal clients that
fueled its growth organically.
 2006- Ideyatech Founder, Allan Tan, started working on some IT
projects as freelancer along with part-time developers
 2007-Ideyatech started offering software development services
using Java technology, and hired its first batch of Java engineers.
The company has grown to 7 full-time engineers, and working on
Case Management Project for the Office of the Solicitor General
(OSG). The system allowed OSG to achieve ISO-2001 certified for
handling case-related documents.

 2008- Ideyatech, Inc. grown to 22 employees and moved to a new

office facility. At the same time, company started to work with more
foreign clients in the US and UK.
 2011-Ideyatech, Inc. was contracted by USAID and American Bar
Association to help build Case Management System for Court of
Appeals, Court of Tax Appeals and Small Claims Cases for Supreme
Court. The company has grown to over 30 engineers.
 2012-Due to the success of our Case Management System,
Ideyatech developed eCourt which will be the foundation for
electronic court system planned for the Philippines Judiciary. At the
same time, presence of Ideyatech in Australia and Middle East starts
to grow.

 2013 – 2016-Ideyatech has grown to work with various government

agencies including Department of Agrarian Reform, Bangko Sentral
ng Pilipinas, Government Services Insurance System, Office of the
President, and more. By end of 2016, the company has more than
60 engineers working on various government and foreign projects.
 2017- Ideyatech partnered with MonstarLab Group from Japan to
continue its growth in the global software development scene.
 Today, Ideyatech has more than 80 engineers and continues to
grow as they build expertise and experience towards delivering
quality software applications.
