 Latar Belakang
STIE YKPN memberikan mata kuliah magang bagi mahasiswa dengan tujuan agar
mahasiswa dapat memiliki pengalaman di dunia kerja, pembelajaran baru dan siap
menghadapi tantangan baru setelah lulus kuliah. Mahasiswa diberikan kebebasan
dalam memilih tempat pelaksanaan magang.
Kegiatan Magang dilaksanakan di KJPP Rizki Djunaedy dan Rekan Cabang
Semarang. KJPP merupakan organisasi yang memberikan jasa penilaian properti
yang profesional dan independen. Penulis memilih KJPP Rizki Djunaedy dan Rekan
Cabang Semarang sebagai tempat pelaksanaan kegiatan magang karena area
penilaiannya yang lebih luas dan beragam.

bertugas untuk mengunjungi
lokasii properti yang akan dinilai.

Selama 3 bulan
Dimulai tanggal 13 Maret-14 Juni
2019. Pada Senin-Jumat dimulai
pukul 08.00 s.d. 17.00 WIB.

Penginputan Kertas Kerja
Menginput data yang sudah

Hasil pekerjaan yang direview dilakukan untuk terhindar dari
kesalahan-kesalahan baik disengaja maupun tidak disengaja agar
tetap mengikuti ketentuan.

Membuat Laporan Penilaian

Laporan penilaian dibuat ketika klien menyetujui hasil dari nilai
properti yang diberikan. Laporan penilaian nantinya akan
ditandatangani oleh pemimipin rekan, reviewer dan pelaksana
inspeksi.
