COMPANY HISTORY
• Started July 2019 because the family of the owner loves to drink milk tea
• The growing milk tea community inspired the owner so that he can
contribute to the better taste of milk teas
• It offers different taste of milk teas but in an affordable price
• It does not only offer milk tea but also it offers an open wall for those
people who needs to express themselves but are afraid to be judged by
the others

MANAGEMENT TEAM
• Owner: Coordinates stuff, observes the preparation
and serving of food, maintains inventories,
adheres to food safety regulations, allocates
resources, administers payroll, and ensures customer
satisfaction
• Manager: Recruits, trains and supervises staffs, agreeing
and manages budget, ensures compliance
with licensing, hygiene and health and safety
legislation/guidelines, promotes and markets the
business.
• Barista: Prepares the ordered milk tea and ensures the
right amount of ingredients are used to satisfy
the customers
• Waitress: Serves and accommodates the needs of every
customer
• Dishwasher: Washes the used equipment
• Cashier: Responsible on taking the customer’s orders and
handles the receipts
• Guard: Makes sure that the customers and the
restaurant is safe
