Narrative Report on the Conduct of 1ST PTA ASSEMBLY

Pursuant to the Memorandum of the Department of Education to conduct the PTA

Assembly on June 1, 2019, Abra Elementary School organized an assembly to report the projects
accomplished, financial statements and plans for SY 2019-2020.
The program started with a simple program followed by the reporting by the focal
person in charge in different programs and activities.
The school head also took the opportunity to have a short talk on OK sa Deped
Program which includes School-Based Feeding Program, Adolescent Reproductive Health (ARH),
NDEP, WINS and Medical-Nursing Activities.
The focal person in YES-O also conducted symposium among parents the programs,
policies, initiatives of the school in environment which is the PROJECT KAMI and other related
programs in the said program. Mrs. Apolonio also discussed the 17 Sustainbale Development
Goals which can be found at the teachers of the amphitheater.
The Barangay Officials, BHW, NGOs, parents, teachers and other stakeholers
attended the said event.

Narrative Report on the Conduct of 2nd PTA CONFERENCE

Pursuant to the Memorandum of the Department of Education to conduct of the 2nd PTA
Conference on August 17, 2019, Abra Elementary School initiated an assembly to report the projects
accomplished, future plans, create policies, orientatiON of City ordinances, Child Protection Policy and
PROJECT KAMI to parents, stakeholders, pupils and teachers,
The program started with a simple program followed by the messages by the dignitaries
from the barangay Council, Kag. Elmer Millare, Kag. Samuel Dela Cruz and Kag. Ronie Bergonia.
Mrs. Marjorie D. Pilon stressed in her opening remarks the need of parents participation in
this kind of activity for the realization of dreams of the school and the department. She congratulated the
parents for actively participating the said event.
The representative of Hon. Paulino Bergonia, Kag. Samuel Bergonia encouraged all the
parents to continue to give their full support to school’s project
