 SHEET METAL FORMING PROCESS
PUSH PULL PICKLING LINE (PPPL)

The main purpose Push Pull Pickle Line is to remove rust, scales and
other impurities from hot rolled coils.

COLD ROLLING AND SKIN PASS MILL

CRSM 4-Hi mill is used for cold rolling and skin passing, a 4-Hi mill
consist of a roll stand with four parallel rolls one above the other.
The top and the bottom rolls called backup roll rotate in
opposite direction as do the two middle rolls called work rolls.
The two work rolls are smaller in size than the backup rolls which
are for providing the necessary rigidity to the work rolls.
SHEET METAL FORMING PROCESS
AUTOMATIC GAUGE CONTROLLER
AGC ramp up the mill speed and tension/gap to bring
production to target thickness in the
shortest possible time and distance.

RECOILING LINE (RCL)

RCL is used to convert mother coils that have been rolled
at CRSM into baby coils as per the requirements

BATCH ANNEALING FURNACE (BAF)

In order to release the residual stresses created by
rolling, normalize the mechanical properties and to get
the specified surface finish, hardness and flatness the
sheet is sent to BAF.
