BENEFITS OF ELEMENTS ON HEALTH

• Sodium provides more electrolytes and balances fluids in the body.


• Magnesium is important for bone formation and calcium Absorption.
• Sulphur has antibacterial effects against acne bacteria.
• Titanium provides protection of human skin against UV-induced skin aging and also against
cancer.
• Potassium provides bone strength , cardiovascular health and muscle strength.
IMPACT OF PERCENTAGE OF ELEMENTS ON HEALTH
1. 5% DV or less of sodium per serving is considered low, and 20% DV or more of sodium per serving
is considered high. More Sodium causes more chances of heart failure.
2.Magnesium should be in 60 % DV for children of 9 -13 years. More magnesium causes irregular
heartbeat, low blood pressure, confusion, slowed breathing, coma, and death.

3. Sulphur should be in 1.1 g per day. Excess Sulphur in the body can cause diarrhea and a burning
sensation
4. Titanium is only required for combining the particles. It has no effects or impacts.
5.Adults should consume 4700 mg of potassium or 4.7 g. Too much potassium causes hyperkalemia and
changes in heart rhythm
